Nicole absolutely crushed this challenge. Balancing a full-time job and pursuing a master’s degree, she still managed to dedicate time to herself and lost an incredible 28lbs!! A few years ago, she discovered she has hypothyroidism. She struggled to lose weight and become healthier many times, but it wasn’t until she found Katie’s YouTube channel that she truly invested in herself.
“This plan (and the SSU challenge) has taught me how to eat properly, fueling my body and feeling great about what I’m consuming. SSU taught me to enjoy a workout, even a quick 10-minute one, to make my day better. My favorite part of SSU was the Monday morning live workout sessions and the support I received (and gave) to so many other women striving for their best lives. I have all these strong women (whom I’ve never met) that inspire me to keep going, even when I want to give up on myself.”

Natasha was determined to stay committed to this challenge, and she did just that! She stayed consistent with her healthy eating and workouts, resulting in an 11lb weight loss!! “This challenge injected life back into me. I had to dig deep and remember my why. The week before the challenge, I stocked my fridge with all healthy foods. I was 170.6 lbs. I couldn’t believe it. Though it’s just a number on a scale, I feel it in my health. I just wanted to start feeling better and rediscover my happy self. Junk food has always been my biggest struggle, and the LSF protein has been a game-changer. I thought I could never have any dessert, but now I can have healthy sweets and control the intake. But with the new LSF flavors of the protein powders, I don’t even crave the unhealthy desserts anymore.”
